Exactly ... It's human nature. Think about it, if someone says something about you or your race, religion, whatever, and it's not true, you're not gonna care ... It's the truth that hits a nerve though, and usually you don't even know it's the truth cause you've convinced yourself it's not ...I think people just love being miserable though. Here is the reason. First off I would say that there are smart people of every race who will find opportunities somewhere. The question is what will be your explanation when an area of employment is heavily over represented by one or two races of people? This is the problem. The left will say it isn’t diverse enough and the right doesn’t want to even acknowledge racial issues exist. They preach colorblindness that is simply not coming back. There is a reason why the NBA is mostly black. Certain races “sometimes” excel more so than others in certain activities. Now imagine a workforce based on your logic made up of mostly asian and white employees. Do you think that is going to fly in this country today? I can agree with your statement overall but this is why our gov’t and employers wont allow who is “best suited.” You simply can’t totally address this question without the race angle. Im sorry to say that “colorblindness” is no longer how our country operates. That is just a fact. The left makes race their defining strategy because it is effective. The right tends to deny that race is even a word in the dictionary. Both of their arguements are misleading and purely for political and power purposes. George Carlin used to talk about how they were making it easier for every kid to pass tests. Even back in his time they were doing this! I wonder why this was implemented…

@@jmack619 Yes that is true. The current issue for everyone is good jobs being sent overseas. Which I would say that no President has ever fully addressed. But when the whole gov’t is against the people what do we really expect? The first thing that must be addressed is the death of the middle class. Whether it be in Detroit or Los Angeles, everyone is suffering. It has become a non racial issue at this point. Hence the argument against the 1% who have literally manufactured this outcome. The answer to late term capitalism is going to be the youth starting to take control. Those learning how to drive cars now may decide America’s future. Don’t forget the news media either. If COVID was handled in a united way, perhaps the toll of death and sickness would have been smaller. But they have made it a political issue. If things worked correctly, the worst conspiracies on both sides would immediately be throw out the window. They wouldn’t be discussed on tv like the majority of people in America have an extremist view. Likewise, whenever there is a election, the media makes sure both sides hate each other.

Women are already paid fairly. The ‘wage gap’ has been explained countless times by economists. It has *nothing* to do with ‘sexism’ or ‘the patriarchy’. As others have pointed out, what feminists are fighting for is equality of _outcome_ , not equality of _opportunity_ , which is what’s actually desirable and equitable.

Yup. In sports, you get paid based on what you draw. Rhonda Rousey was the highest draw in the UFC, at one point, so she was the highest paid regardless of gender; women's soccer draws virtually nothing, so they make substantially less. Even outside of sports, female models sell the magazines and the products, so they make significantly more money than their male counterparts. The gender wage gap is a myth, but look who pushes that false narrative hardest: Hollywood actresses. Trouble is, they have yet to prove they can significantly outdraw their male counterparts across all genres, so actors still make more. That said, there are genres where women are bigger draws (RomComs, Dramas, Horror). The blockbuster action/fantasy/sci-fi genres, however, are dominated by the male audience. So we're supposed to be shocked that actors, as a result, get paid higher there? Draw more, get paid more; it's that simple.

Nothing that comedians say is 'trashing' women. It's just jokes and funny observations and sometimes it gets a little roasty. Name one husband or wife that hasn't made a joke about their significant other. It's just having fun. Plus, half the crowd is female so a lot of it is to get a reaction. You've seen him several times so you know Bill Burr likes to say crazy funny stuff to get a reaction and then later he will say: 'Obviously I'm just screwing around.' It's all in good fun.

Hey guys! ❤ Three recommendations for you.. "How to Save a Life" by The Fray (definitely with video) .... "Boston" by Augustana (video is also really cool and I have a lot to say about it but I won't spoil it. Lol ) ... also "If I Can Be Like That" by Three Doors Down.. much more gentle song than Kryptonite, but there is something about it, it pulls at my heartstrings and is inspiring at the same time. You guys do know about the Equal Pay Act, signed in to law by President John F. Kennedy on June 10, 1963, which was one of the first federal anti-discrimination laws that addressed wage differences based on gender. The Act made it illegal to pay men and women working in the same place different salaries/wages for similar work. The pay gap between men and women is created by individuals making free will choices, such as: women on average work fewer hours than men, because a lot of women in the workforce are part time because they are also mothers, or they turn down overtime, etc. Women, in general, tend to choose careers that are not high salaried careers, like public school teachers, social workers, etc. and men who also choose these same careers earn way less than men and women who work in higher paying careers, like engineering, welding, plumbing, computer programming, etc. These are just a few examples of the limitless free will choices each individual, whether male or female, or some other gender, can make about their job, career, profession, etc. that will, statistically speaking, reveal many differences in "pay", but if we do not dig into the proverbial weeds and seek out the whys for these differences but just focus on the "wide-angle" view of the data, which those that seek to make a non-issue into a political hot potato for their own self motivations, we can create huge issues where in reality there are none, unless you think people having the power of free will choice to do what they think is best for themselves is something that shouldn't be allowed, but regulated by the government in order to achieve an hopelessly stupid agenda of equality of outcome.
