Dr Pattanaik, I followed the 7 secrets of the goddess, it is so well explained and it is a must-see for men and women alike. I am proud to belong to a civilization where the feminine is woven into the tapestry of our being, not just as embellishment but as enforcement of strength and a place from where all creations and creativity flows. However it saddens me big time to see that though we are one of the civilizations that cherish and practice the worship of feminine form, this only remains as a ritual and not a true understanding and a way of experienced living. When women worship each other in Durga pujo, I hope they understand at that moment she is an embodiment of Goddess Durga ( powerful and mighty and puts up with no limitation imposed upon by culture). Your work should be taught to all generations so the feminine can be seen for the beauty it is and not to be feared. Thank you, once again.

He is reviving the Indian culture and Philosophy. He might give some wrong information due to negligence but still trying his best to reconnect us with our own culture And he is connecting us in better way by giving us meaningful reasons

Dr. Pattanaik has a very strong observation towards our scriptures and our culture. I absolutely agree with him on the things he mentioned in this video. I must share one thing that when we don't dive in deep, we are not eligible to derive a conclusion. But every conclusion is just perception and your own view point so there is no right or wrong in this world.

I had only read his books which were amazing. Now that I heard him speak I felt that he is an equally good orator. Loved it. Thanks for sharing.

After hearing Dr. Devdutt pattanaik sirs critical analysis of how Indian mythology wants to convey message on the basis of images and simple things, he analyzed them in a great way, and also saying that we Should observe things to understand and critically evaluate them before coming to conclusions... I don't know why people want accept one thing and want to reject another, we should hear both arguments and try to bring out realities and changes to the notions of our myths. May be some science is present in it,may be some social aspect or some political aura that was present in the society.we must not just take one thing and brag about it or comment about it,let us hear every argument and analyse it.
