A. Felix is definitely the G.O.A.T. She runs and excels in 100, 200, 400m and relays at world level. She's an accomplished legend. Born to run, born to win. Very rare to find such athlete. Smooth, humble, devoted and very hardworking. The 2021 Olympics may be her last and attend to her family demand as a mother. She can never be forgotten in the world of track athletics. I'm a Nigerian. Come for your holiday in Nigeria

We in Africa are proud of A. Felix. Her training schedules play a key role in her achievements . Nothing in life comes easy and cheap. Hard training schedules, humility determination and God's favour form the backbone of Allyson's successes. Let athletes emulate this great woman.

She did it again. Happy for the GOAT ❤️. Bagged a bronze from her last Olympics appearance in an individual event 🔥 a total of 10 Olympic medals tying record for most for a U.S. track and field athlete (Carl Lewis) and breaking the record for a female track and field athlete of any nation

Felix is an all-time great. She rose to the occasion so many times during her career as a runner. Shaunae Miller was only 21 years old here. She was coming in effortlessly down the stretch for 2nd place with her long legs and long stride.

Shericka Jackson is underrated. Notice she's there in basically all these Allyson Felix races and typically she manages to come away with something. Shauna Miller-Uibo will go down history books with 2 Olympic golds now, but Allyson Felix for me is the GOAT.

@@jordanjordannis2258 you talking about Shaunae Miller-Uibo or Shericka? I think Shericka needs to do all three races and Shaunae will honestly be in trouble in the 400, but it's not a therefore. But it's not easy to train for 3 races

Korean with Naz yeah I think that’s what he meant as well because she’s been running competitive 400s since like 07 or 08 and has been a STAPLE on 4x4s

I think he means to her potential. Felix definitely had the potential to go sub 49, it’s a shame we never got to see her do it (in an open 400 at least, not a relay). I remember her relay split in this championship was 47.9 which is insane!

He was referring to her potential, having run 47.72, 48.01, 48.32 splits in the 4x400m. If you listen to his commentary on her over the years, he's always stressing that he thinks the 400m is her better event, but she just needs to put together a better race plan.

Allison Felix was indeed a legendary athlete .It was always a treat watching her run in a graceful style. Off the field too she was an excellent soul. A good wife and a caring mother. I wish her the very best of everything in her life.

The last six years of this event at the major championships have been spectacular to watch Felix-Miller-Nasr. Shame about Nasr's ban, her rivalry with Miller would have been one for the ages.

I think 2012 was her year that she wouldve won the 400m but Im sure she had way too much on her plate that year with the 100 4x100 200 4x400 phenom. I believe 2012 she would have been sub 49 because she looked imperious at London Olympics

I think she chose to train for the 100m instead of the 400 to help with her speed for the 200. Whatever she was doing definitely made her a stronger runner that year.

@@shraelsanchez3341 right, and the previous time mentioned was 49.59 for Felix and also a 49.59 for Katherine Merry, who won a bronze medal in Sidney 2000 competing against Kathee Freeman. Katherine Merry represented The UK and she is now a popular track and field commentator for international events.
