I think the disqualification happened right here 0:20 ( Arkansas runner's foot is slightly on the line)

If that's the case, it would be a ticky tacky DQ. Usually you need two or more steps on the line for a DQ.

You could take four random 15 year old boy, train them for 3 moths and they would challenge these teams for the win.

This time averages out to 51.X for each runner. 3:25 in the 4x400m earns STATE medals in most states. 51.X low in the open 4 gets an individual to state-level competition in some states. What you're proposing is the basis of high school track coaching. Four guys show up as freshmen, in a year or two they can be a 3:32 - 3:36 squad. With one star they can get into the high 3:20s, but 51.X is outside the genetic possibility for most males.

I don't know if that's the case but if your point is that males (on average) have longer legs, larger fast twitch fibers, larger hearts and lungs and that's why they are generally faster than women so what? That's just biology. It doesn't take away from the accomplishments of these women who train hard every day and are the great at what they do.

This is simply not the case, not even close. Hard to understand why you would say something so stupid when track and field statistics are so easy to look up
