Perhaps this can help someone. If one has difficulty getting clear answers from spirit, one can connect with Spirit guides using a pendulum. Pendulums can also be used for healing. Requires practice. Once connected with Spirit guide always keep both feet still resting flat on floor, moving feet or lifting heel will break connection with Spirit guide (very important). If one moves feet or lift heel, connection is broken and another Spirit guide will appear. One can change hands holding pendulum and not lose connection. Remove all metal jewelry on body, including fingers, hands, wrists, etc., which will interfere with communication and receiving energy from Spirit guide (very important). Find a quiet place to connect with Spirit guide when connecting with pendulum (very important). Rest elbow on table which holds pendulum and avoid moving hand around as this makes it difficult for Spirit guides. Try to keep hand still in one place (very important). Avoid having the pendulum hit, rub, bump, or make any contact with any objects once connected with Spirit guides as this will break connection. Coughing and sneezing will break connection (very important). When connection is broken due to reasons mentioned above, you will have to begin a new session from the very beginning (very important). Recommend using powerful pendulums for better communication and healing. Brass pendulums are much more powerful than crystal pendulums. After many years of experience, I recommend brass pendulums for communication and healing. Brass is self cleaning whereas crystal is not (must be cleaned after each use as it picks up and hold unwanted energies). Healing times will be much faster using powerful brass pendulums. I personally use a brass golden hue pendulum. An example pendulum healing, "Spirit Guide, are you an expert healer and can you heal my damaged liver and make perfect? Spirit guides have different abilities. If Spirit guide responds "yes", ask "Spirit guide, heal my liver." If Spirit guide responds "no", ask Spirit guide, "send me to Spirit guide who is an expert healer and can heal liver and make perfect. Thank you." Be specific as possible when asking for help and when asking questions. Using crystals can shorten time of pendulum healing. Thereby, faster healing. Crystals must always be cleaned after each use explained below. Learn how to get "yes" "no" and "maybe" from Spirit guides using a pendulum. Spirit guides appreciate us behaving with kindness. After session, thank your Spirit guide. Spirit guides do a lot of hard work. Condition of liver will determine how many sessions are needed to heal liver. Health and healing depend on many conditions. See your doctor for any health concerns. Additional helpful info. Clean crystal pendulums after each use. Either by burning sage and let the smoke remove negative energy from pendulum for 15 seconds, calling on Archangel Michael to clean pendulum (look at pendulum wished to be cleaned and say softly or in normal speaking voice: "Archangel Michael, clean the pendulum of negative energy" (will take about 3 hours to clean), rinsing pendulum in water for 30 seconds, placing pendulum directly under the full moon for the night, or burying pendulum into the ground for 24 hours. Best time of day to connect with Spirit guides during sunlight hours. Turn off all nearby electronics (computer, radios, put cell phone on airplane mode, etc) as this interfere with connection or move to another location or room away from electronics. One can check the accuracy of each piece of info above by asking his or her Spirit guides with pendulum. My home page has info on prayer healing help..."Prayer can heal"

Soooooo original... 🙄 not at all like in Jaclyn Glen’s show... Isn’t a second video in a row a bit too much? Try and find original ideas like those independent creators you steal from do... imagine you put your heart, effort and time in a project and someone more powerful, with more viewers steals it from you and makes money from it, without even mentioning your name... that is just immoral! Jaclyn’s the “skeptics guide to wellness” is a great show but it doesn’t allow you to copy what she did because you run out of ideas... Oh and when you steal two ideas in a row you just can’t blame it on accidental overlapping of ideas so come up with new responses if you don’t want to completely lose you credibility...

It's not just the topic, they make almost word for word the same comments at times, and some scenes are nearly identical. I don't recall saying anything about trademark (although intellectual property is a different issue), but what is ethical and what is legal is not the same. This is not ethical.

ajsbeast Really? I watched Jaclyn's video when it was released and this isn't plagiarism. It's pretty different it just shares the topic of crystal healing. I think people are just angry over the Wicca video, which was plagiarized, and are not seeing this clearly. I worked at my University as a Student Editor (I would read people's papers and give them criticism, thoughts, and of course proof read) and part of that was looking for plagiarism and making sure other students cited properly. This would not need to be cited nor would they have to give Jaclyn credit.

I think what's interesting is how people say "oh well it might just be a placebo effect" like it's a bad thing. Like, if your mind can ease your pain and help you heal faster just by itself? With no medication? That's incredible! I don't think it matters if it's the crystals energy or your own mind that's helping you, as long as your better at the end. I don't see the placebo effect as a bad thing or something to be shrugged off, and I don't really understand people that do.

Oddly, I'm in a position I never thought I would find myself in, that being I honestly don't want them to be pain-free. They are promoting dangerous nonsense ideologies on people who will shun actual medicine and healing for some form of quackery. What they need to do is find the right evidence-based medicine solution to get them the best relief possible and apologise to everyone they've ever talked to and "debunk" their own BS.

Rachel Xo no one did it before. Just because you talk about a topic doesn't make it the same video, but when you have shot by shot (especially on the witch craft video) the same thing and concept, then it copy right. Also, buzz feed's proof time line doesn't work out and it probably faked. I will say that this video is less of a copy than the Witchery one that is literally the sane thing.

I work with crystals in my daily personal and professional life and have for over 30 years. You are always in constant flow or lack of flow. Crystals give you an option for which way you wish to feel. Sometimes if you are really stagnant it can feel crappy for a day or so as you re balance. If you don't want to spend hours everyday tuning into your body, just take 3 or 4 breaths a few times during the day. Crystals or flowers or friends or cool youtube vids all help you create the way you feel. You just need to remember you have choice even if it starts as only little ones. I loved this video, so real, very cool thanks ladies.

I'm a Crystal Healer and I'm so happy you guys were honest and true to your feelings before and after the session. Before I started studying and getting to know more about this therapy, I was just like you - skeptical and afraid of being deceived by a 'quack' therapist. Luckily I was terribly wrong. I felt the same way you did: I got into a deep relaxation that brought me clarity over many issues I was storing inside of me - kinda like recognizing and seeing my blind spots. After that session I had to study more about the crystals until I've found the technique that spoke to my heart. I started practicing it on my friends first and measuring the results after each session. I got really surprised how the crystals could work differently on every person, giving them exactly what they were asking for: relieve, relaxation, confidence, motivation, joy, bliss, balance... How can I doubt its power when I've seen so many positive results in less than one year of practice? I'm always looking to learning something new to improve my practice and I'm grateful for your shares in this video. Love is all there is. May the healing you're looking for find you unexpectedly. S2

I don't know what other people do with their crystals and it's not even my business, instead of attacking my comment, go and study more about it or give yourself a good session then you can come and share your thoughts, other than that it's just your opinion.

As someone with chronic pain, this is something I hear a lot. I’m not trying to speak for the women in this video, although for me, at this point getting empathy isn’t something I want. I’m honestly tired of hearing “I’m so sorry for you” “I can’t imagine what you’re going through” because that doesn’t do anything but point out that I’m in a rough situation. My point in this is that your response is normal, I’m not trying to make you feel bad about that nor am I saying that everyone with chronic pain doesn’t want empathy. If anything the message I’d like to spread would be that a lot of people live with invisible illness. You can’t tell what they have going on by what you see on the outside. Many times I’ve been judged and seen as lazy when really my body is in extreme pain. I wish that could change. I wish people weren’t so judgmental. I’ve been told off for walking down the stairs too slow by teachers. I’ve had people ask for the wheelchair I borrowed (like at the mall where I wouldn’t be able to do the walking) because they thought I was just a teen messing around or being lazy. I’ve had many health care providers who don’t believe my pain is real or say that I’m over exaggerating my pain to get out of school. Those bigger issued can’t be fixed as easily, but I’m hoping that if anyone gets anything from this it’s that if you see someone in public please don’t judge or jump to conclusions because you have no idea what the situation is for that person. It happens more than you might think, more than I thought it would since this generation is trying to be more progressive in terms of the minority groups (disabled, LGBTQ, etc). Thank you to whom ever took the time to read this.
