I don’t understand the back and forth of those who practice polygny; if you are a man interested, choose women who are likewise interested.

I was trapped in an abusive marriage for two decades, which is not a story you often hear from a man. However, I am grateful to have found an incredible woman to marry in a polygamous relationship. Both of us already had children from previous marriages. Prior to entering into a nikah, I honestly discussed my intentions with my first wife. As a result, she chose to exit the relationship and promptly asked for a divorce, which I granted her. I went ahead with marrying the woman who was meant to be my second wife, and I can confidently say that it was the best decision of my life. Alhamdulillah!

A lot of single women have been in polygamy their whole lives. I don’t know why they don’t just accept it.

Dear Muslim women Allah has made it completly halal for men to marry up to 4 women. Allah has also made it halal for women to choose if they want to participate. Rejecting the idea of polygyny is not haram, or disbelieving in what Allah has revealed. You are not depriving your man of his right, you are not commiting a sin and most importantly you are not beinv selfish. The majority of inhabitants of people in hellfire are women because they are ungrateful to their husbands. Not because they rejected polygyny. Its utter nonense to impose Polygyny on muslim women when Allah has made it Halal for them to choose if they want to participate or not. This is what i saw in this islamic dating site around 2007(cant remember the name of dating the website) Where a single female, advertised that she was looking for a married man for a polygamous relationship, provided that his first wife is in agreement..as she wanted him for his company..and would always allow the husband to go home to his first wife.

Just beacause a woman does not accept polygyny or polygamy does not make her unfaithful, disobedient and not religious from any point of view. I've been researching polegamy to get a better understanding about it. I've been married 15 years and have 3 kids with my husband together about 18 years. I asked myself if i could deal with polegemy and it would be hard for me. I have a jealous spirit and dont want to share with another woman. Why should she come in this relationship and reap any benefits. On the flip side I understand why a woman would choose it. I dont look down on women who do choose this life style. I actually admire the women because i think it takes strong will to share a man. If i would to choose polegamy it would only be a financial gain because i dont think a man can love two women equally. One is love and the other is lust. Im a Christian and for what i was informed of was that if a man take on multiple wives he needs to treat them equally accordingly to the Quran, but ia also thought that the these women must be a valuable reason as to why they would take another wife? So guess i can see the logic that a woman must remove her emotions and stay fucus on the real reason as to why she would enter a polygamy marriage. The benefits of money, sex, or a companion from time to time. What happens when he start have erectile problems as he get older? Who does he sleep with? I think of so many reasons. If it's not polygamy, im not interested. We Need more content like this. 👍 However you're talking about polygamy in the west. You're talking about how to find wives in a certain culture my dear. This is great advice specifically for polygamy in the west. Men are not confined to women who are 'done out here', as you put it. Its alot easier to find a valuable woman in a culture that doesn't promote the authority of women over men and above all, the possession of men by women.

So if the woman persues the man if he is already married is the woman considered selfish because she is looking at her own personal gain? Which could be that she feels that she will be provided for or since he takes care of the first wife she feels that he will take care of her? I find that a bit selfish.

This is also interesting for the following reasons. Im highly regarded in the personality typing community. The personality type which is the most submissive or accepting, is the ISFJ/ESFJ. I- introverted S- sensing or tribal (what you referred to as religious) F - Feeling J - judging or preferring stable order. What's interesting here is that most women, or should i say young girls, start off as ISFJ. As they develop through life, depending on their experiences their personality changes. If good experiences, they're likely to either stay as an ISFJ or migrate to their (E)xtraverted form ESFJ. However if they've gone through traumas relating to men, as well as failed relationships, this shifts their personality to other personality types as traumas tend to do this. Ergo, womens personalities shift in relation to traumas they've received, often times connected to men. If their father died If their father wasn't present If their father was abusive. You can apply the same list as I've outlined with their father's, on their male siblings and partners. I.e. If their sibling died, wasn't present or abusive. This neatly explains why most men are biologically wired to go for younger women, which we call 'purer'. Traumatized women are more rebellious to the idea of polygamy not because they hate the idea of being a sister wife, but because they've learnt through their unique experience, not to trust or depend on men.
