I’ve mixed up different brands & seasonings before but never from scratch but I usually do my thing in the kitchen and recently started grilling a few years ago just because I like to cook, this video was just me messing around at my annual family & friends field day event but some folks felt I was being to cocky & took it personally that I feel I’m a pit boss 😂 I guess nobody has a sense of humor anymore lol

And stop trying to force your likes on others because everyone doesn’t like charcoal as I had the option to have my grill made to be gas and charcoal/wood capable but opted for gas only because that’s MY preference. That’s like thinking everyone should love your cooking/grillN and everything else that you feel is the right way to do it….child plz✌🏾my rules my way how are you this on edge about my preferences🥳

@Nursegoldilocs no sir when the conception of BBQ was established, it was based on region and wood preferences due to local avalibilty and type of meat to merry perfectly with the wood or charcoal . Facts. So indeed, gas was never ever considered an alternative to cook authentic BBQ. That being said, you're like most woman your using your feelings, not facts, to prove a point that all pit masters respect and recognize so in your attempt to insult me you just made yourself look real stupid or badly educated with no class.

side note... ribs shouldn't fall off the bone.. should be able to bite and meat stay on the bone... falling off the bone they over cooked and might as well be used for chopped pork sandwiches at that point...

@239jangalang4 ... thats not a secret bro... always wrap in foil but the key is no more than 1hr... 1hr is all they need in the foil or it's pulled pork... I wrap in foil first with Italian dressing plus seasonings onions, peppers, and jalapeños.. pull them at 1hr on the dot... then back on low nd slow...

I agree, falling off the bone has taken on a life of its own. Ribs were not cooked falling off the bone 30 years ago. Also, it’s not lost on me, that Brazilian Steakhouses do not cook their ribs this way.
