I gave him nothing but PEACE & he did spell work, cheated with both men/ women, gaslight, and just mistreated me. He is with his match: both are narcissists, she is also bi-polar. Sounds like he received his wish fulfillment & I AM AT PEACE WITH HIM GONE.

That's what he did to me... returning to sender perhaps. He DILIBERATELY USED SLEEP DEPRIVATION ON THE KIDS AND I... WE FLED TO SAFETY. These poor children are still having trauma. Flashbacks, pstd etc.

❤u - funnily enough I fell asleep on the sofa this afternoon. The drug dealers were screaming & shouting all afternoon so I bounced up & down on the floor. I’m exhausted and dream of drifting off safely outside in the sunshine and waking up with that lovely warm haze with beach smells x

this is the couple that lives in the apartment above me 😫😫 its sounds like domestic violence all day and night. many neighbor's complained to them and the person who runs the place. they spoke with the couple and its exactly what you said because the couple told the owner they throw things but theres no hitting. but from what i hear its all of it.
