Yes, I speak English, but have no idea what the right words are to use. Trees? Pallets? Grinder? C'mon! We have words for the correct things. Hire someone to help you. I have a feeling all the footage is stollen as well.

@@EudaemoniusMarkII "Trees" should have been "Tops"; "Grinder" should have been "Chopper" (a grinder would turn the onions into runny paste)...

Must be a new way of harvesting. When I was a kid, we pulled them from the ground, cut the roots, and bagged them to be picked up. All done by hand in the blazing California sun.

This type of video is usually narrated by an AI-generated voice app. Am not a fan of these low production value clickbait channels. Only watched this long enough (30 seconds) to hear the obvious artificial voice, and to leave a comment to someone else who doesn't like this kind of channel. I worked in a vegetable factory for a few years and hated when it was onion season. Was like being pepper sprayed every time I had to go on the factory floor. If a machine broke we would flip a coin to decide who was going to fix it.

All the onion skins and outer layers aren't discarded. They go to make dried granulated and powdered onion, among other things, very little goes to waste.

Watching these makes me green with envy. Thousands of large onions. This operation looks substantially larger than 80 acre plots more like a landing strip at an international airport. My little home garden is about one sheet of drywall or plywood and gets maybe 5 hours of sun so I get bulbs somewhere between golf ball and tennis ball. Please pray for me to win a lottery and all I want is a 20 by 40 garden

You left out one very important step. Once you pull the onions up and leave them on the ground they need to remain there along with their stems attached!!! After 2-3 weeks of drying then the bulbs can be harvested and picked up.
