PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTEMPTING: I had some trouble with my knees nearly four years ago. I've experienced some problems more recently, but they were all about a year and a half ago. Make sure your knees are up to doing this dance (especially the move where you stand up quickly from a squat) because I ended up getting a lot of knee pain afterwards. I thought my knees could do it, but I was evidently wrong. Just *BE CAREFUL* guys! Not everyone can be as perfectly in shape as the Wonder Girls >3

tia ang YES! This happened to me in high school. No one told me to stretch before hand and I did 10 squats with 45lbs and my legs would lock up when I would walk up or down the stairs. I remember one day, my legs locked up and I literally had to lean on this girls back to make sure I didn't fall down the rest of the stairs. Stretching is so important

Nox Felis I tried It, and I did It at the 1st attempt, It's not hard as well I'm fat, and I do have a knee Injury (A bruise) But It wasn't because of this, I once fell down while riding my skateboard, and It wasn't hard at all, and I have a like uhm my toe Isn't broken but I once was about to break It, and I fall a lot at my legs, but this wasn't hard at all.

x98principessa I know Americans dance like this. My comment was limited to Korean dancers. When I lived there, they thought it looked silly, and now they don't think it looks silly at all. Time changes and perceptions change. That was my point.

The choreography behind this dance is pretty awesome and entertaining. I'm a guy and I'm just really glad this wasnt as sexual as the other dances, I like seeing style way more than some lap-dance or the movements of a strip tease.

Really late reply, Is SNSD = Girl's Generation? I couldnt for the life of me find a good enough video of the song, every video, Idiot camera moves around so much and zooms in on faces and random effects that its hard to see whats going on. Great Song, Great Dance, I really like the mid-part where the beat changes and the dance starts with the praying movement, pretty awesome. My only opinion, biased as it is, I like this Wonder Girls one more, ONLY because it was a stationary camera and I could see the dance and not have zoom around everywhere and rock back and forth, was so annoying. does the song not a have its own PV? kept finding Live Shows.

Sohee: Shes the one with the lighter shorts and black hair with the blue and white tee. Lim: Black pants white shirt Strawberry blonde hair. Yenny: Shorts, grey shirt, orange short hair. Yubin: long brown hair, grey pants, gray and black shrit with writing on top. Last but not least: Sun (Leader) with red hair. i apologize to anyone if i got it wrong.

I love it I love it I love it! Thank you Wonder Girls' choreographer for creating dances fans can actually dance along! Many parts are quite easy to dance along, but it requires so much practice to make it look like what they look like. So accurate and a lot of muscle work.

I like this dance, especially because it's not as oversexualised as other dances I've seen (by korean girl groups in general). At least in my eyes.

sohee is the main dancer, people dont believe it but yes she is! since their debut her position was , Vocal, main dancer and maknea but now her position change, Lead vocal(since 2011, yeeun is the main with Sunye), Main dancer, and Sub-rapper ! Sohee was the maknae but after Lim was added to the group she became the maknae. Sohee was born in June 27, 1992 and Lim was born in September 1, 1992 they're basically the same age but Lim is younger by a few months.

Lim, Sohee and Yubin are the best dancers here. I can't really pick between the three. Yenny and Sunye are better singers than them. What an all-rounded group! Amazing. :) Btw, Yenny is a really neat dancer.
