How busy did this ship get? I’ve never cruises before but that’s one thing I’m thinking will I not like. How many people were on board do you know? And what was it like with the crowds etc? Love your blogs btw - you give the details I like, it’s the little things that make a different. Like that map. New subscriberrrrr.

Honestly the busiest parts are like the pool deck, the elevators around dinner, and the buffet stations at breakfast. It felt like everyone was trying to eat at the same time. Beyond those points it’s easy to forget you’re on a ship with thousands of people. I think they had mentioned it was a full cruise so 9000+ people. At 25:30 where we showed the welcome show, that’s pretty much the crowd at those points I mentioned. We uploaded another video with the onboard activities and the ports of call in that video you can see what it’s like when you want to do activities etc. The greatest part was you can schedule anything you wanted to do in the app so that helped a lot. Because there is so much to do it really wasn’t a problem but I too was worried about that. Thank you so much for that. We try to include things & info that we couldn’t find when we were planning just to give a more complete picture. Thank you for subscribing 🥺🥺

Thank you so much for sharing the details. Your summary at the end was great for novices like me, there’s clearly a lot to think about when planning and booking. I will check out the other videos on your channel. I’m looking at icon of the seas as a potential trip, but still trying to figure out if cruising is for me and my little family, I love the beach and I love freedom. 😅 Happy travelling! ❤

honestly I think it's perfect for family cruisers. They had so many family activities and special areas and menus for kids. as a couple without kids we were the ones that felt out of place cause we didnt want to intrude. but I think Icon like wonder has decks for kids, pools, play areas and activities. There was also an arcade but we don't show children on our channel to respect their privacy at a young age but it is there on both ships.
