When assembling the back tires make sure the rod is even across then place slide washers on both sides then place the wheels on making sure the side of the wheel with the larger hole is placed next to the sliding washer then put the wheels next on both sides to make sure the rod is even on both sides allowing enough room for both wheels to be attached the place the smaller metal washers on and then place the pin through the holes on the end of each side of the rod. Place one on on one side and then do the other side and when it's even across (the rod) you have just enough room to attach the pin flat side of the pin close to the wheel and you are done and the wheels are attached. Watch his video on the large wheel attachment again. I had to replay that part of the video more than once. I needed to watch his video to know where to place the small metal washers on the large wheels because it didn't have that information on the written instructions that came with this. So thanks for the video. Also to fold it up just remove the side little bats off of the little metal notch you put them around also on the opposite end fold that up part down that you stretched out and pull the bottom up and it folds up but definitely not completely flat like before you put the wheels on. I hope this is helpful to everyone. To the man that made this video the people who commented to you about the large wheel installation we were probably saying they wanted you to show it closer up where they could see what you were doing better and explain how the rod must be even across and show how once the sliding washers were on which side of the wheel you put next and also show close up that the metal washers were put on next and how you were placing the pins through the holes on each end and securing the wheels with that and letting them see this close up. You needed to show slowly how to assemble the back tires, which was the most trickiest of everything

@@DIYRAY my bar is so short that once a wheel is mounted it's nearly impossible to put a pin through the 2nd tire. I wish I could of seen how much room u had to see if they gave me a faulty size.

its a good beach cart they have the wheel conversion kits for them from Wheeleez as the wider wheels don't dig into the sand as the wonder wheeler wheels do but a cheaper conversion what ill do is use two 15 X 6-6 Carlisle multi trac C/S tires i have laying around as you can get the Arnold universal 15 inch lawn tractor replacement wheels plus an 5/8 or 3/4 axle or metal tube as this will be cheaper than the wheeleez conversion plus to get spacers so the wheels fit properly and the axle cut to length as these wheels will roll better on the sand. one user use these wheels to make a homemade sunfish sailboat dolly in his video the wheels did not sink in the sand so it should work.

anytime. i think using two 15X6-6 wheels is much cheaper than buying the conversion kit from Wheeleez. when i do my conversion the wheels i had were laying around. as you can buy which Lowes, Home depot, or Tractor supply has is the Arnold universal 15 inch tractor wheel. i would use two of them, and a 5/8 rod. as you need to cut it to length and additional bushings to accomidate the cart. as this 15 X 6-6 wheel and tire is found on most consumer Lawn tractors. i seen one video one used these Arnold Universal wheels to make a Sunfish boat dolly and it worked on the beach. the psi on the tires are around 14 pas i would lower it to 4psi so the load floats on the sand good. some wheel conversions you have to use your imagination for this to work.

The problem I am having is when I fold it down to store it doesn’t fold far enough to latch the red lock handle. Is there a trick I’m missing?

Yea, I still like it. It beats carry everything. It's not perfect.

There level on the side that has to be disengaged To help you fold the cart.

Take a look at the unit before I started assembly. It's lying on the ground without the wheels. I think you get a good idea how bulky it is. I hope that help.

@@DIYRAY I thought you had to assemble parts of it which prevented it from being folded flat like the thumbnail picture. I saw in a part of your video where you fold it briefly, it doesn't look nearly as flat. I am only asking because we have limited space behind the back seat. This is on sale for $40 now and I am just wondering if I should buy it.
