This is fantastic 👍. Nice stairs even. I could imagine sitting on that deck with a carafe of hot coffee just waking up each morning. Re: I just watched this again & WOW I noticed all the stairs have storage under the bed too. And even with arthritis those low stairs are do-able. Upstairs bathroom. Okay I just have to say this is my favorite. It's got all the points I check for. It would be nice to have a half-bath stuck on behind the kitchen, but that could easily be added on. Love this.

An accessible toilet is very important to have in a ground floor of the house. The stair is too long which waisted big space of the second floor. it's almost perfect except for these two factors. The color combination is so amazing, i love it.

This is definitely one of the best tiny homes designs for me hands down and I have been looking at a lot lately.

Very nice! Loved the balcony with the unobtrusive ring of flowers. Poetic & romantic. I liked the dining table chairs too, like garden chairs. The exterior looks beautiful, unique. I would love to live in such a home. It is very welcoming. 😍😊 The only thing I didn't like was the refrigerator and cooking stove right next to the toilet door. Sorry but that didn't gel with me.

Dear Rassel... you did it again like a magician! :D This is a HOME, that is the first thing that screamed at me. It is designed in such a way that optically speaking, it seems larger than it actually is. The combination of the lights and furniture set to the sides all the way to the kitchen... is so neat and smooth... what caught my eye though, was the way you designed the stairs this time, with deeper/lengthier steps (kinder on the knees to those with knee problems)...the angle at which you set the stairs here, makes the indoors seem very lengthy. We add the fact of colour contrast with the darker against the predominantely white and light wood, with the details being kept neutral and fresh clean... it is the most inviting. I love again what you have done by adding different textures and materials like the jute little table as you walk in on the right side, next to the sofa... (great chuncky wooden frame holding the light materials... so inviting), and also the two chairs with a lighter structure whilst keeping it natural wooden colour...is very cosy, relaxing and kind to the eyes. The kitchen full hob and extractor ... yeee peeee!! hahahaha loved that, storage space is fabulous and the soft lights underneath them add this freshness and relaxing environment who would not love! The way you used the space under the stairs is so practical and useful clutter free, loved it! I have also noticed that you went for bigger prints and even paintings... the one for example, at the entrance on the left as you walk on to the stairs... is huge but so cleverly placed and you keep faithful to your neutrals, airy, clean and clutter free environment. :) As we sail our way upstairs, with more prints on the walk, just under the jute hanging lightes, makes it not only natural, inviting, but very soft, fresh and relaxing :) The bedroom is very well set and I LOVE that beautiful balcony for lazy mornings or simply to read, chat over a cup of tea... surrounded by the pretty flowers... how gorgeous is that?? Waking up to that must be a real joy!! Loved the wallpaper where the headboard to the bed is placed against, an accentuating wall is a very subtle yet full of personality detail to add in any room!! The prints on the wall that can be seen from the bed...makes the stairs seem invisible and I love that optical effect!! ;) The shower place is also neatly designed, has all that is needed and ... you know how much i love natural light... how much??? Yes! THAT very much

I like the lay out.the washer and dryer.high. ceilings. it would work in warm country.id have to put on a slanter roof.for all the snow.Really like this one.liked the one you did of small house.thank you for all these wonderful designs.

I love it, but I think I would have added a oval tub in the bathroom as not everyone likes showering. I'd also have added french doors from the kitchen onto an outdoor decking with some additional shade cloth awning for outside living. But really lovely, well done!

The balcony is a wonderful touch on this one! I'd love to see a design where there is space on both sides of the bed. Climbing over another person in the middle of the night is not a great option long term. Thanks!

Fabulous. I’d still like to see the shower with a saddle so the water is contained, and a better partition. I’ve used a shower like in the design and the entire bathroom was a mess to clean up.

Hi. The noise a W N Dryer create, in a living space? Better that they be upstairs. That way no up n down with the laundry. Stack them behind that mirrored wall n gain a downstairs closet or a dishwasher. That gas stove is REALLY close to the walls, too tight to cook on with 2 skillets. Loved how you used ALL the stairs for storage, the balcony is a nice outside space w a view, the tall cabinets in the kitchen are a nice feature. The shelf above the bed is too high for someone just sitting in bed since you don't have space for bedside tables. A Murphy bed to gain space n hide the bed ; especially coming up the stairs n the bed is open to view. I'm an older person, the stairs are doable, but I want that upstairs space to be useable, especially on a rainy day. I feel that area may be an interior design flaw. I'm not loving the wasted height of the building, I would trade more wide than unusable height. Really love the lighting strips mirroring the stair's rail n outlining the living room ceiling.
