hey there! Yes Singapore College of TCM accepts students with a diploma cert! But I’m not sure of the specifics or if they accept all specialities. you may email them to further verify :)

yes we do learn about 把脉！ Theory starts from year 1/2 and clinic attachment from year 2 allows us to 把脉 for patients and experience it ourselves.
