I have 3 Q.C. carts sent with my machine. A Low, Medium, and High. Do I run all 3 carts when I run a Q.C test? Do I run between each progesterone test or just when I feel it should need it? Ty for your time.

Excellent demonstration! I opened a new box and even though I did the chip read, I was getting inconsistencies. I’d love to buy the centrifuge you have, the pipette holder, buffer holder, mixer and I do like your pipette better than the one that comes with the machine. Where do I buy those accessories? I think that would make a world of difference!

can we use finecare wondfo 113 machine for testing but its not mentioned wondfo Vet on the machine i think its for human use , so can the machine still be used for canine progesterone testing?

Unfortunately, there is no straightforward formula to convert Wondfo Finecare numbers to IDEXX progesterone numbers, as the two tests use different methods of measurement and may have different reference ranges and units of measurement. Wondfo Finecare uses a chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) method to measure progesterone levels, while IDEXX Progesterone uses a radioimmunoassay (RIA) method. These two methods have different sensitivities and specificities and may produce different results for the same sample. It is best to consult with a veterinarian or a laboratory specialist to interpret and compare the results of these two tests for a specific case. They can provide guidance on the reference ranges, units of measurement, and clinical significance of the results and help determine the best course of action based on the individual patient's needs.

hi, i have bought the same machine but my figures are not the same than my vet within 30 min difference and not only small difference but 3 times higher and lower it's never the same, can you give me some int thank you

It would be different from your vet. What you need to be looking for is when your vet says she is ovulating (idexx 4.5-5.5 miniVIDAS 8-10.5 is ovulation) Your mech should be reading between 6-10 which is ovulation on this mech, that’s the most important part I hope that helped.
