A wonderful demonstration of the interpretation of these moves. The interpreter sounds like me when I was young. I thought I was speaking in this video. Keep up the good work promoting the martial art of Ving Tsun

Every good KF style has their own technique for a reason and in this case WSL demonstrated a simple effective technique from their forms.I’m not a WC stylist but I like that.👍🏻

Charles Windsor. eevery body always talks smack about someone that is not in their face, or is thousands of miles away. Have you ever seen Samuel Kwok in a real fight? Have you ever fought Samuel Kwok yourself and know for a fact that he is no good? You sound like a fool, you know nothing about Samuel Kwok you know nothing about his skill, so why are you talkin smack about this man? "He's not that good",,, lol, like you know him personally or something, you guys really crack me up with this bull crap of yours. SMH, how about you? I've never seen you before in my life and I've been studying martial arts for over 30 years, are you any good? That's the real question who are you? This man is World known widely known he has learned Wing Chun from Yip Man's Sons and other people that learned and practiced Wing Chun with Yip Man himself. On top of a few other martial arts that he has been studying for over forty years... So Once again who are you?

"Master Leung". Of course its not important, but reading it, it just underlines modern romanizations of chinese names are profitable and easier to undersand for western people. "Wong Shun Leung" looks like 3 seperate names, but actually there are only two names, the first name Shunleung and the last name Wong. So not "Master Leung" but "Master Wong" instead, and spell his first name Shunleung or Shun-leung makes it clear its one name which it is. Cheers :)

@@ZaddyZavid Thank you I heard him and seen a couple of videos of his. I always notice that every Wing Chun instructors/masters. Always does everything different from Siu Nim Tao all the way to the weapons including the wooden dummy even the drills and applications. As long as its not Traditional Wing Chun (William Cheung). Where the Wu Sao is put in front of the face in the siu nim tao form. It reminds of De Von Dudley from the Dudley brother of WWE and ECW. Its kind of funny. Thanks!

Look up Duncan Leung Applied Wing Chun. Duncan Leung is Grand Master Yip Man's first disciple. The grandmaster only had 6.

4:50 this is one thing they all get wrong "the elbow is closer so it will arrive first" the elbow, can't go in a straight line, because your upper arm rotates from your shoulder, that's all your arms do is rotate, if your elbow is straight, any angle you rotate your upper arm will bring your wrist and elbow in line at the same time, if you flex your bicep at the same time as you rotate your arm up, your wrist will get to shoulder level before your elbow, turn your arm inward and do the same combination your wrist will get to in front of you before your elbow.

Difference is he didn’t win any where the amount of fights as wong chun Leung. He was an experienced fighter. His understanding comes from experience.

@@calebmoran2034 I knew what calibers of opponent's Ali, Tyson, Sugar Ray fought, but rooftop challenges had no records of that, they could all be novices, just-starters , inexperienced ....etc. Plus, the title of "challenge king" was coined by a newspaper reporter that followed rooftop chanllenges, it was not even a title given by the martial arts circle of the time. This is the naivety of West. btw, Lok Yiu also represented Yip Man school in fights, and, Ho Kam Ming's school was the first to win first 2 full-contact ( light gloves) all styles competition of Asia TWICE !! I was there watch Ho trained the fighters.

Can the wing chung produce one modern day fighting champion just one because you all have been riding on this man d--k for the past 60 damm years trying to convince people that wing chung is a formidable fighting art.That all you have to do is three silly forms and you will turn into a invincible fighter like wong,no physical training no body development,no actual fighting a uncorporative opponent just three silly forms this is 2019 who is going to be the next wong lets have a wong challenge in the wing chun community.

The real issue is in today's society vs back then. When you go back to the 50-60s Hong Kong was a lot more "free" from the law. Corruption was heavy, people got into fights everyday. Nowadays, fighting will land you in the police station or even in jail if you seriously injured someone. Wong didn't just practice the forms, he fought almost everyday in real street fights, not just people slapping each other in the face with sticky hands.

TO All the replyers who are to stupid to understand what i said.Its a reason why this man was known as king of talking hands as opposed to king of talking mouth.Wish is what the whole wing chung community has degenerated into today you cant fight period.You are a embarrassment to the whole martial arts community when you constantly get demoralise in fights on you tube and you still try to justify the beat down with the same lame excuse kung fu dancers have been using for years.You have a mediocre MMA fighter in China beating the crap out of all of you and the same lame excuse is given you know what you all say oooh he wasnt a master of the style well damm it let a master step foward like i say you been riding on wong D---k for 60 years i guess 60 years you still will be riding it.

There is a difference between Wing Chun that's taught in China Mainland and Hong Kong. If someone wants to learn real Wing Chun, go to Hong Kong. And about the youtube videos where "Wing Chun" grandmasters get beaten by some MMA fighter in China are fake, they don't even know beginners' basics of Wing Chun.

@@ching-mantang9021 True! Hong Kong is the base and the original and real source for real Wing Chun. Today in Europe are also very good Wing Chun guys, but especially in Mainland China or the USA its the opposite. Its the same with Krav Maga. Real KM is in Israel, and in many places around the world its taught totally wrong and people laugh about it. And even its not important, but reading a comment above someone writing "Master Leung", it just underlines modern romanizations of chinese names are profitable and easier to undersand for western people. "Wong Shun Leung" looks like 3 seperate names, but actually there are only two names, the first name Shunleung and the last name Wong. I see you are doing that, spelling your first name Ching-man instead of Ching Man, so to me as a non Chinese its perfect to see Ching-man is one name and not two. Cheers :)
