Looks good thanks! You are using the Ooni table for your oven. Is this a stable combination? I'm considering a table for my Alfa Forni One. Thanks!

Yes, it is! It is a pretty good combo. Has wheels for when I want to move it also.

The preserved lemon was good. Tasted a lot like regular lemon haha. I tried putting one in an alcoholic beverage also. Interesting result. Probably best on food because of the oil.
