The only answer must be that you drill a small hole to feed the wire through

They must have either put it behind the felt backing of the slat wall panels and ran it down to the floor or they drilled through the drywall and fished the wire straight down or to the nearest outlet to splice into its power. They don't show it because they're mostly just reposted videos of adverts for a product that wants to make it look easy

Probably individual preference, but you can get smoked or black diffusers . They block a higher percentage of the light when illuminated but look so much better than the clear or frosted ones when turned off. Just choose your cob led with this in mind.

What size channel track do you use ?

The channels in these panels are 12mm so use mini profile 12mm. I've done it. Fits perfectly
