looking good idea if you use some shade cloth stuff, (green netting some use around gardens on the inside of your windows once door is on you won't get as many bugs in your house, you can do the same on the inside of door only make a frame for it that opens on its own can have the wood door open for air but that as a screen to again keep bugs out
