tractor used in the video is a Kubota L3940 HST (37HP) with the LA 724 front loader

We have a Kubota B3200 is suitable for this one or should we go for a smaller chipper like the WC46 4" PTO Wood Chipper ? Engine (gross): 32 hp 23.9 kW PTO (claimed): 23 hp 17.2 kW

You would be able to work quicker and more efficiently with the WC46! However you are still within the parameters of the WC68, just on the lower end! :)

How important is it for both tractor and chipper to be very level? Level places are rare in these hills. Also, the only filter for the hydraulic is inside the tank and not replaceable?

It is always safest and better for the equipment to operate on even ground. The hydraulic filter is located inside the tank and it is replaceable.

Thanks! It's a relief that it's replaceable.. One other question: for reference. what hp is the tractor you are using in this video? Looks like a grand L? OOPS. I got it . 32 hp. Oh, make that two questions, lol.. Do the chipper knives have to be precision ground with every sharpening? This looks like a good match for me to replace my old Troy Bilt super tomahawk with. It's a LOT easier to get at the blades.

No need to be precision ground, just take care not to overheat them and they will last longer.
