Join the legend as he shows you around the woodland park zoo located in seattle, washington. Some of the highlight animals at the zoo include: penguins, tapirs, orangutan, gorilla, hippo, bears, lion, tiger, jaguar, wolf. Some of the exhibits at the zoo include: african savanna, assam rhino reserve, austrailasia, living northwest, temperate forest, tropical asia, tropical rainforest.

Before, during or after your visit (depending on when you go), I strongly recommend visiting the Red Mill for lunch or dinner. It's just a few blocks down the road from the zoo and they serve the best burgers I've personally ever had.

When I visited my relatives in Seattle 1988 we visited Woodland Park Zoo, and I can recognize some of the enclosures even if there are many new too.
