On a robland e3200 panel saw all final sizing of sheet materials ,ie crosscutting and ripping to size is done on the sliding carriage. It's a lot more accurate. The rip fence is only used for breaking down the sheets to near finished size before the final sizing on the carriage side .Hope this makes sense. When I bought the saw in 2006 the guy commissioning the machine said this was the way to use the saw. It's a little bit more time consuming but everything is extremely accurate coming off the saw. 15 yrs later and still 100% good. I'm not sure if this is the best way but it works for the robland e3200 .

I have both of those tools for handling sheet good, though i put my wheels in the middle of the sheet. My wheels are a little different than your. Wider stance. I can actually let go and the sheet stay standing.

wow another video on how NOT to use a sliding table saw . The number one safety instruction on these saws it stated right in the manual where it says " never use the crosscut fence in conjunction with the rip fence unless the rip fence is positioned to end just prior to the fron of the blade . using the two fences together can cause dangerous kickback

I would have a lot of issues with the methods seen in this video and would not like if an amateur was to look at this as a proper guideline for operating a panel saw. Safety doesnt seem to be addressed in any way; the machine does not have a safety guard over the blade, and you can clearly be seen at 3.47 leaning in over the blade to retrieve the off-cut. Sheet material does not have an edge finish of adequate quality for most applications, so cutting datum edges would usually be the standard practice. I also would question the health and safety and the impact on quality of cut at 1.47 when you left the saw running in the incomplete cut, and again at 2.08 when the saw blade is distinctively louder due to the friction of it rubbing against the wood; a simple push through on the right hand side would solve this, and an outfeed table/roller would ensure the piece remains supported. Sorry to write an essay and criticise, I just think that there are far safer and better ways to use such a lovely machine!

I never attempt to cut a whole panel om my panel saw, since it's just very difficult to manage, unless I absolutely have too. I break them down in smaller units with a track saw first.

Thanks for comment. But, as you can see, it is also possible to cut entire sheet without any big efforts. Frankly saying, it is not show off, just my standard procedure when I am alone in my shop.

Человек оркестр) Хотя , в таком большом цеху обязаны быть помошники!)) Не назовете название той приспособы для хватания плит которой вы пользуетесь? Нужна реально. Пытались сделать самопальную, но что-то не так получилось - плиты выскальзывают , не держит вес

La maquina en si es hermosa pero tiene graves imperfecciones por ejemplo la botonera de encendido y apagado, como es posible que el operario tenga que caminar de cuatro patas para encender la maquina, eso yo no lo tolero, yo fabrique una escuadradora y la botonera de encendido y apagado lo tiene en el carro y siempre esta a mano.

I've cut many huge Sheets on my own but dont work without a guard !!even worse when you video it absolutely no excuse or reason not to have a guard ,if you slip you fall on an exposed Blade ..why would you ??

One month later, i bought a proper guard for that machine. 2 years ago i bought proper Martin with a proper protection system.That was video only about helping equipment.

Это точно распиловщик? Как можно у вас поработать? За сколько? Я не хочу сказать, что всё хуёво, наоборот, мне очень понравилась скорость. Даже хромой справится в одиночку. Моя мечта, работать в своё удовольствие, минимум физических нагрузок, за исключением подачи. 😁😁😁 Одна беда, при наших объёмах, за такую скорость, руководитель застрелит тебя из шуруповёрта или пневмо-ППШ. Заморочек с подачей листа не понимаю, он замечательно подаётся по полу волоком, всё равно торцевать. Пирамида рядом... Приспособление интересное, но хрен его кто рабочему человек купит😁. Проще самому сделать. (Я себе моталку для стреча из октанрма и джокера сделал, чтоб не корячиться вниз головой мотая низ паллета) Не холодно ли зимой? Станок у ворот, сомнительное удовольствие.👍

Wow! That's a pretty large sheet of MDF. In the US, about all we can buy is 4' x 8' though allegedly, 10' sheets can be "specially ordered" but when I have tried, the answer is typically, "Oh, we're sorry, that's not available." Grrrrrrrrr.

Here, in Portugal, or let´s say in Europe as whole, it is standard size: 2750 1830 or 2800 x 2070.Therefore we look for these solutions.Our plywood or OSB standard size : 2500 x1250. In this case we use gorilla gripper.

la norma de seguridad donde quedan? comete error en levanta esa lamina sola .... deja la llanta ayudante en pocicion de realisar cortes ..da mucha weltas asta casi se cae acomodando los cortes..asta como que corta ladeada la lamina no en grado 90 para los conosedores y an cortado en este tipo de mesa escuadradora ....ojo te awevas y pierdes no el dedo ..la manoooo
