After developing it in 1916, the recipe remains unchanged, and over a century later Woodman's still serves hundreds of thousands of people per year. It's definitely worth the trip the next time you're in northeast Massachusetts!

I love Woodman's and go there often. But if you're going to show a 2 1/2 minute video about how they invented the fried clam, you should at least show a fried clam plate!
