Great video it was good to see all the different hats and most of all the different techniques that I certainly wouldn’t have thought of, I have a few to make over the next few days and this has certainly given me a few ideas thank you Glenn and Liza.

can I ask what carbide cutter you use to hollow out the hats? Thanks

It is my new SCH6 chisel, (6mm carbide cutter) but it will be a new release in the New Year. Keep listening for when it gets released. There will also be an SCH5, which will be fitted with an 8mm carbide cutter.

@@colinrowbotham1973 watch my latest video and any of my hollowing videos. You'll see them all in use. It all depends on what you are hollowing, shape and size.

Just watching you turn snowmen. Looks like you have a well equipped work shop and all the safety gear but what is that black thing on your wrist? 🥴

It's a watch. Why? It will never cause me any problems in 40 years. I don't see why I should turn without it, if people don't like it. I take responsibility of my own actions. The majority of people who have said not to turn without watches etc, don't turn using a mask or face shield. So, why would I listen to them?
