Hello Jim. I had recently written to you my concern about the risk of seeing a bowl fly away during the turning with that gluing method on the waste block. After this explanation of the making of the block and this demonstration of the difficulty with which you tried to remove the bowl from it by hand, even after a half parting of it, you now have a great apostle convinced of this method. Seeing is believing. Thank you for all the tips you are giving us. And what a stunning bowl you have made. Superbe bol !

Mr. Sprague, I have known a lot of woodworkers in my life; I love to watch true craftsmen work. I've also watched others on You Tube. In all the bowls I've seen over the years, I think this is just the most beautiful one I've ever seen! I couldn't imagine copper pipe as an inlay, so I was amazed to see the end result. It is magnificent! I sure did enjoy watching the process!! Love the voice-over, too. Have a great weekend, sir!
