The VERY BEST on YT. Nostalgia, Intrigue, Tension, Engineering, Drama a real Film Noir. I had no idea how it would turn out until late in the build. I love it. Impressive is a mundane term. You need to add the "Thanks" button. This is worth paying to see.

I checked out the "measure twice, cut once" podcast. Their woodworking content is great, very informative. Their off-topic comments on everything else, however, shows their baby boomer aspects perfectly.

You seem very confident in your table saw fence being square after you've moved the distance to the blade. What brand is it? I have a Makita table saw and if I just move the fence distance without checking square it's usually 15mm out at best.

two projects i wanted to start as my "first real project," stupidly long before even trying to make jigs or tools to make this job easier, was to make a worktable for doing this job on, and making a bigger shed than we currently own and i have no idea how to treat the wood for canadian weather. the coldest day i've seen was -60 celsius, but usually we only have to weather -30. i'll probably be watching these videos learning the starter stuff like jigs and tools now since i haven't even started learning woodworking yet, but i do want to learn to treat wood and build a homemade shed with palletwood

Since you made it with varying lengths of wood parts, wouldn't it be a good idea to use dowels to increase bond and rigidity instead of relying entirely on the glue?

I like the jig you have for putting a straight edge on the boards. I'm just curious as to what you used for the handle. To me, it looks like an old fashioned bow saw handle. Those are almost a dime a dozen up here in Canada. Always one available in the trash somewhere. Looks like I found a new material for some projects. Alway thought pallets were an underutilized material for building.
