This time, I will introduce how to make a circle cutting jig for the trim router.
Circle cutting is possible using the included straight guide, but there is a limit to the size that can be processed.
By making your own circle cutting jig, it is possible to process circles accurately and in various sizes.
This circle cut jig can process beautiful circles and rings without drilling a guide hole in the center of the circle.

I just love these keep it simple methods to reach your goal. I ran into this video by accident. I also like the ones of JS Koubou but the materials used are far beyond my budget.

For smaller circles you could flip the fence over and use it as well.

First I want to make clear that a plan such as this would never have formed in my mush brain so this is not a "you shoulda" comment. Wondering if it has stood the test of time and would it be possible to find an aluminum bushing for the router nut to sit in to prevent deforming the hole? My guess is that any wobble or variation would wreck the cut. Fantastic idea and perfect presentation.

いつもながらの、各パーツごとに作成部位を分かりやすく表示しながらのご教示、ありがとうございます。「目からうろこ・・・」のような動画ですね。センターに穴が開かない円切り治具。早速素人ながら、少し小型のものを作ってみました。これは活躍しそうでワクワクしています。ところで、私はゴリラのボトル型木工用接着剤を使っていますが、圧着すると当然ながらはみ出して難儀しています。ご使用の接着剤のメーカーと品名を教えていただきたく、よろしくお願いいたします。今後とも、ますますのご活躍、ご期待しております。

コメントありがとうございます。治具の動画では木工用瞬間接着剤を使用している為はみ出しはありませんが、通常の木工品には普通の木工用ボンド（酢酸ビニル樹脂系）を使用しています。
