It’s the same method used here in the UK back in the 1930s, for polished, parquet wood block flooring. They were set in hot pitch. Also wooden roads, made again from wooden blocks in towns and cities during the 19th century. I remember in London, back in the 50s, when they ripped up the old tram lines, the old “tarry blocks” were chopped up and sold as fire lighters.

Hope you have safety shoes to protect any spillage onto feet and to prevent respiratory problems..use with good ventilation and appropriate masks. Many years of wood working dust and chemicals like Tar can harm lungs and cause other problems. We want you to carry on your skills for many many years and wish you the best in health. Best Wishes.

Bitumen is an excellent adhesive and water sealant also. Great as anti rust coating.

En algunos países puede q sean técnicas pasadas de moda, pero en algunos países aún se utilizan, yo he trabajado en pisos y escaleras de madera y así lo hacemos, aunque nunca con la brea (alquitrán) tan caliente y peor a punto de ignición como se vió ahí q se prende fuego. Usamos la brea menos caliente pero la técnica es la misma. Son trabajos muy sacrificados pero el acabado final vale la pena y x eso son costosos por la mano de obra q lleva, además son trabajos q duran muchos, muchos años .

@@celvinalexanderperdomo9151 hola Celvin, no sé en qué país estés tú , pero aquí en Perú la brea se compra en bloques de 10 kilos en cualquier tienda de venta de parquet, las cuales aquí las hay por todos lados. También lo puedes buscar por la web y comprarlas por ahí. 👍

Бардак полный на производстве.Не соблюдение техники безопасности. Нарушение технологии изготовления столяров изделий.А именно ступени из цельной доски не практично, крутить их будет и вести. Кратко говоря переводят добро на г...о.
