Once I get my 10/14 days of practice in on val I'ma bout to submit a vod of my phone recording the screen of me in a call with myself streaming gameplay to my phone and recording it on my phone and hoping to get reviewed at 30 fps but I probably won't be able to attend the stream because of school but I can rewatch the stream vod and then I become good and get to immortal at 60 Hz ez

Also the way I'm recording it is using an app on my phone to screen record discord which is calling my PC and my PC is streaming valorant at 30 fps and 480p so that it doesn't affect gameplay too much.

If 90% of your shots don't connect even near an enemy and the 10% that does was due to a phenomenal preaim, at that point it does but I've seen it happen to irons only for me and even then Valorant's RNG makes it so they get headshots as well.

You should always go corner, not middle. with corner your opponent has to go in middle if they dont want to insta lose. ex: 1. top right, 2. bottom left, 1. top left, 2. forced top mid, 1. bottom right. Then there is a potential 3 in a row on two different places which makes it impossible to block. this also applies for sides, not just corners. but if you go middle in tic tac toe, every corner is garunteed win or tie for 2nd player if they go to corner. so if you go mid there is a 50/50 chance they go corner (4/8) and if you go corner there is a 1/8 chance of them getting tie or losing (only have middle square).

I'm (B3) confused by the "silver this is not for you" idea near the end. I understand that different tiers need different skill sets, but the advice that silver and below should be taking every duel seems like building bad habits that will be more difficult to break once they are entrenched. I'm watching these to improve my game sense and build proper habits while I improve my skills.

Belated answer hooray, I think the reasoning behind this is that once you ascend (haha) to higher elo you should or even have to rebuild your mechanics anyways (except you're naturally cracked) so learning to take every duel isn't bad tech as you'll naturally unlearn it once it doesn't work anymore but as long as it works, it works.

@@derSkedda i believe wooj says to take every 50/50 or higher duel not to just take every duel in existence. it also goes hand in hand with the taking duels without using util (if you know its a 1v1 or you have numbers advantage in the duel) since most players in "low" elo lack the confidence to actually take duels to begin with.
