I currently own 2 melee units and 1 ranged unit, along with Chewie, the Chieftain, and two fluttercraft. Not quite enough to run just Wookies, but a good basis to spring off.

I wish for the Wookiee Chieftan miniature, that they had put the helmet on him, like they have on the card. Would have set him apart from Chewbacca or the Bowcaster Wookiee.

I like the list and I always love watching Legion videos……. well, I’m not a fan of speculation videos! Especially if they’re not labeled like that….. but besides that, I love Legion videos! Lol And even though I disagree a lot with Crabbok when it comes to his VS my opinion about things that should come, how things should or shouldn’t be changed and what rules should or shouldn’t be updated to make more sense. I’m 98% certain that my first introduction to this world was through Crabbok’s videos! I don’t remember what the first video I ever saw was!?! But I do know, after I saw the minis for the first time ever on Google, the first video that came up was Crabbok! So I could never stop following or watching his videos! And I will always give him the chance to explain his opinion about some thing before I dismiss it!!!

So excited for this! I have some family that also play Legion that were literally in the middle of making their own Wookie army so it's awesome to actually get some official rules for them to use!

23:33- Um, maybe…… I guess. I guess it would depend on how many games you are talking about!?! Like I did a full tournament for Legion (I didn’t do good at all! It was awhile ago and I was definitely NOT ready to be in a tournament since I still couldn’t figure out a list or army that worked best for me yet)! I didn’t make it to the second day with the final 4 because my record was 1-3…. But I still could have played another 4 games right then and there if I could! But I guess that all depends on how much you get to play and what your definition of “too many” is?!? I love this game and it is the first game that got me into this hobby! And I’ve been a SW fan for a very long time by then….. but in the world I lived and the circles were I got all my information from, I’ve never heard of miniature war board games before that day!!! There are some horrible things that came from it, but it was also the first time in a very very long time that I had a passion for anything! And it helped me fight a battle I was already losing against at that time as well! So, I don’t know if I would have been better or worse off without this game in my life!?!

Hi! perfect pronunciation of the battle cards names!😍🤣 Totaly agree on the lack of command cards, as you know. what about giving Seize the initiative to the Chieftain, to get extra benefits from the battle cards? he is a HQ wookie trooper giving an order to himself so he benefits from those cards bonuses, once a game. Could be useful on the one-pip, even more because he cant receive the order from the card. Nice video, may the force be with you!

14:51- I feel like a lot of your list so far is all based off of hope!?! Lol Don’t get me wrong, it seems like a good list but when it comes to my unlucky abilities with white dice on both sides, yeah…… if I did this list I’d probably be done by round 3 or 4!?! Not to mention, it also depends on what both Commanders are doing! If one’s hiding and not really doing much, yeah….. I’m probably going to just leave him alone. But if one is on a full on attack! No, I’m putting as much firepower into him as I can! It doesn’t matter if he gets 1…. 2…… 5 extra dice in melee when he’s mad, if I can take him out before he gets into either the 1st or 2nd melee!

I've currently got 4 units plus the chieftain along with 2 fluttercraft. I think it's enough to play a decent wookie bf, but I've been struggling to put together a list I want to put on the table.

I have a total of 3 proxy wookiee squads, I want to buy at least one original dual faction

I like this. What would you change to make it into a skirmish list? I've never played Legion, but I've been close to begin. However the local scene is purely Games Workshop.

WARNING: This is a long comment! Sorry, I didn’t mean it to be but the 1 comment I was going to leave brought me into a whole line of things I think should be changed/made better for this game to be more…… realistic!?! In my opinion…. So if you can’t handle long comments or you just don’t care about how some things should be changed to make certain characters as strong as they should be then definitely skip this!!! 18:00- I’m kinda surprised you got to 8 activations with that kind of list! Are any of the cards different from the normal cards? That would explain how you could use spec ops for core troopers!?! And I know no one has ever agreed with me, but I still stand by the fact that almost all of the Wookiees in this game should be red defense dice! Now I know that would make them a bit OP with how their cards are set up right now but I would change their points a bit or change a few things on the cards (I know what those things are. But since I don’t think I would get any reply’s on this, let alone a civil one wanting to know more I’m just going to leave it out for now)!!! But when it comes to “immersion” I have a hard time believing that The WOOKIEE’S are easier killed than Clone Troopers!?! Yes, Clone Troopers have 1 wound each (but normally have 4-6 in a unit) and Wookiee’s has 3 wounds each and normally 3-4 in a unit. But since on average (at least from all the years I’ve been playing) out of 10 hits at least 7 of the red dice successfully blocks! So that’s only 3 wounds! But off of 10 hits, the average dice roll with the white defense dice you’re lucky to get anything over 3 or 4 blocks!!! So that is 6 or 7 wounds going through! And if you didn’t add any extra on the Wookiees you are 1 away from losing that unit! But also more people are going to go after the bigger threat! So the Wookiee’s are definitely getting shot at way more also! But now in the defense of FFG and now AMG I get there’s not much they can do about it without having to change almost all the health amounts across the board!?! Because giving more health to one character may end up making then technically stronger than another character that in Canon/lore should be way stronger than the first character! So by upping one you need to up the other one…….. and that would definitely be a domino effect! But that’s why I say “it’s something they should have put a bit more thought into before bringing out any big name characters! And all of what I just said goes also for how many and what color dice each character rolls for a attack also! I can see a way to fix it!?! But would AMG really want to put that much extra work into this game to satisfy the few players that love all the armies in this game and wants to see all the big characters to be represented, fairly in comparison to how strong they really are?!? Probably not! Most people love it when it works in their favor (which if they are not a Republic player, that’s always lol)!

Unfortunately the wookies just die so fast I have seen some all wookie lists and they don't do well 😢
