This is Woolie VS The Algorithm, a new KZfaq Channel where you'll find all of the best and funniest moments from WoolieVersus. The highlight videos released here will have tight editing and enhancements of the hypest moments to create an even more fun experience, as well as gateway into checking out the full length WoolieVersus content.
Together with his friend Reggie, they have played numerious games on the channel ranging from genres like RPG, JRPG, Fighting Games, and FPS. Games like Elden Ring (open world Dark Souls game), Mass Effect (Legendary Edition), Final Fantasy 6 (Pixel Remaster) and Disco Elysium (Disco Elysium Final Cut). Woolie hosts Get Into Fighting Games, which is a series that introduces new and old fighting games like Guilty Gear Strive (GG Strive) and Skullgirls. Clips from the podcast Castle Super Beast which he records with PatStaresAt are also hosted on the WoolieVersus channel. Woolie has collaborated with other content creators like Super Eyepatch Wolf and LittleVmills. Some of his most popular videos are his lore videos on Gulity Gear (GUILTY GEAR LORE: Heaven or Hell) and Kirby (Kirby Lore: Star Allies, Dark Matter Trilogy and Morpho).

The one Blanka fan finally gets fed, to the dismay of us all Seriously though, the more they show of this game, the more excited I get. Returning characters looking better than before and getting new interesting moves, new characters looking like a lot of fun, entertaining gameplay, a MK Konquest-esque mode with world hub and customizable characters, silly party modes, better rollback, and a closed beta test coming soon. God, I hope this game does amazingly because so far, this is everything I wanted out of a fighting game since, like, the Gamecube-PS2 era

World Tour is such a great idea. Hook in casual players with a stand-alone single player adventure that's deep and packed with content while having that content, itself, teach you how to play the game proper. A good single player suite will make the overall game's price tag seem reasonable. A GREAT single player suite will make it worth the price tag on its own.

For real, I've never been big into fighting games because most of the impetus is on multiplayer, but I'm genuinely considering picking up 6 now because World Tour looks so dope. The moves being movement options in the overworld really feels above and beyond, I really hope it's substantial, I could see myself losing a lot of hours to just playing World Tour if it's as good as it looks.

The explanation that Cody was sent to prison because he was framed was always weird to me. Wouldn't the fact that he kicked a man out a window to his death be enough to get a conviction? (Like Woolie alludes to, even if the Mad Gears are criminals, performing extrajudicial executions is still illegal.)

Look if Terry can get away with it (Though Terry tried to save Geese so that doesn't really count) and Heihachi faced no legal consequences for throwing his son (who was CEO of his company at the time) down a Volcano. Clearly enforced death by gravity is legal in Fighting Game worlds

I want other fighting games to take note that this is what you need to get casual fighting game fans interested. An adventure mode where you can fight wacky create-a-character NPCs and unlock iconic moves as traversal tools is the exact way to do that.

I don't think I've seen anyone say this, so I feel like I should - HE Demon Kakka, aka Demon Kogure, is a CRAZY get. He's a heavy metal legend. No exaggeration. Demon Kogure was the lead singer for the Japanese Heavy Metal band Seikima-II. INCREDIBLE band. And they're not visual kei, despite the look. They're straight-on Japanese HEAVY METAL. And they originally disbanded back in the 90s, but they've had a bunch of reunions, and THIS YEAR they just came out with an entirely new album, "Bloodiest." I didn't even realize any of this until I looked him up after seeing this trailer the first time and realized that he was the lead singer of one of my favorite metal bands ever. Also - dude is DEEP into the character. His real name is unknown to the public, and he does everything, including sumo commentary, in full makeup and regalia. Dude is insane in the best way.

The character updates feel like someone took Tekken 7 (visuals and impactful animations), Strive and MK shenanigans (Blanka is now Faust + as obnoxious as Kano, and I think Max said how Dhalsim's air fireball angle is some NRS bullshit basically) and we have party modes from NRS and old Tekken games and an MK Konquest/Shenmue story mode with MMO levels of customization. Oh and ArcSys lobbies with a functioning ingame arcade... what's next, a GTA casino? :P

It means "good netplay on long distances", and since it was developed by a western team no major japanese fighting game has picked it up until Guilty Gear Strive. It's been live since 2011 and indie games have been using it since exactly then.

And the reason everyone is "suddenly" so heated about it is because Strive is a game from a popular Japanese dev with rollback that's actually good, so the majority of fighting game players have finally learned what it's like to have competent online functionality for the first time.

That World Tour mode has me salivating. PLEASE let us use them in a separate but equal online mode! I don't care how busted it is! THAT will be my home! I will LIVE in the jank pool!
