yall dont understand how much i loved infinite's dark knight/hopeless romantic(?) concepts... be mine, paradise, the chaser, btd, last romeo, back, etc... are seriously top tier 😢 only infinite can pull off such dramatic concepts/songs because their vocals are so strong. too bad the dramatic effects are not for everyone but i honestly think they are the reason why infinite's music is so unique and could remain timeless.

I'm really into dramatic concepts in songs (whatever the name of the concept is, I'm not sure either), and Infinite has a bunch of songs with that kind of concept. The reason a lot of old kpop stans including myself loved these songs is because this was KPOP. I know it’s all okay to try out different things and genres cuz that’s what music is all about but this is what K-POP is and that’s why its unique. Idk most songs nowadays are too mainstream. The only groups I stanned from day 1 are Shinee, TVXQ and EXO till now. But I love all of old kpop songs. The only groups from mid and late third generation I like are Red Velvet and Ateez. These groups are pretty different and I love them

Besides Infinite, I have found Dreamcatcher and Astro quite unique and they are the only groups that I like all title tracks from (Haven’t checked out the albums for Infinite and Dreamcatcher yet). I have found I like almost all of Astro’s songs, which is super surprising. Please check them out if you can. :)

Romeo comes from the book "Romeo & Juliet", which was written by a British author. The Big Ben clock behind the boys represents Britain as well. Woohyun (as a Last Romeo) tried to find back his Juliet he had lost after their famous tragedy, when she died, by following the clues she might have left for him through the books. But then, when he eventually thought he had found her, he realized everything was an illusion and she would never come back (because she's a ghost now) and all the books around him exploded just like his heart broke from sadness. Then, he sank into desperation (and into the dark) and died as well, as the Last Romeo. (just some random interpretation that might sound like huge nonsense, but that's how I interpreted it ^^")

the thing that i like about infinite is that their songs are always more into the meaning of the lyrics rather than babbling shit like in most other kpop songs do with sudden random english words in between which didnt make any sense at all. also, the typical groups normally have that aging transition process like at the very beginning they would have this cute, fresh concept which is progressing into sexy, manly concept and i really dont like it especially when they over do it like chill... you will turn into adult man sooner or later. there is no need to rush in my opinion. idk why im typing this but oh well. with infinite, i can see the balance in all these concepts throughout their albums

I love your statement about Infinite. Yeah, they have varieties of music concepts. They're not scared to try different concepts because they are musicians, not a group that eagerly chasing popularity and scared if their musics flop. Yet, their musics are always high quality as they chose the best to present to us fans.

i remember how ppl used to bash L bc they thought that he wasn't that good at dancing and singing. tbh, he wasn't that exceptionally good but here's what I thought, he has this charisma wherin he pulls you in and I find it rlly cute. Been a fan since the chaser era i guess?missing infinite so much. i'm so proud of my L bc he managed to do everything he wants even tho ppl used to bash him. Now look where my bias is in. Yeah! I literally cried when he joined in the program called King of the Mask Singer wherein contestants wear masks and perform anonymously. When his identity was revealed the host asked L " Why did you decide to come on our program?" L answered "People hardly know my voice and they are only aware of my appearance, I wanted more people to hear me singing, so I decided to come here." And Shookt it breaks my heart. He's not just a pretty face! He's good-looking and at the same time very talented actor, singer and dancer. And he's kind too, that's why I love him!😻

I can understand the fans who are complaining about the cheap scenery and I agree this concept is not really new and there was pretty much the same atmosphere in their previous MVs but tbh I don't really care. The song is just perfect, their outfits are really nice (Myungsoo w/ that hat => I approve!) and the choreo is nice as well (not their best though, but still catchy).

I'm actually disappointed at MAMA nominations. But at least INFINITE won the best dance performance #LastRomeo. I became an Inspirit in the summer after exploring Kpop for several months and following several other groups. INFINITE eventually swept my favorite Kpop list including those top-notch groups and has become my ultimate bias. I've been indulging myself in their music with my soul since then. For me, INFINITE are always the best in everything musical and artistry, totally my style. I just love love love their voices, chorus, dance & choreography, rap (even I've never been the one for hip-hop), in particular ALL their live performances, and even their songwriters/composers/music producers have my extended affection and admiration from the group. Perhaps my classical music background is way too eccentric for this pop generation. I'm puzzled how the majority of Kpoppers don't recognize what I consider the gem. We don't share the same taste. Comeback soon #인피니트 ! I wasn't there at any of your comeback before. But surely you can count me in for next one.
