The printed instructions that come with the plug are not the same as this video. I've tried to add the device to my phone via the app multiple times and it just times out every time. I can't see the device in the bluetooth list - it keeps recognizing my neighbor's TV, but not this plug. So sort of worthless, really.

I have eight of these dratted sockets (UK) when they work they are at best random, sometimes failing to turn on from a set "Scene" or they forget to turn off. They eventually fail totally and are little more that an expensive push button "switch", ...that is if you are "lucky". Several of mine have failed totally, i.e. they are just "Landfill" and contributors to the global warming we are currently experiencing the effects of. ALL thanks to firms such as WOOX who produce crap and offer no help what so ever. They just walk away with your money and smile. They should be pilloried by all who have been sold this sh1t
