Fleshed out (meaning in luganda), the song starts with him describing how the stars are glittering in the night sky, and his thoughts then drifting to how he believes those in love (soulmates) are simply finding joy in the caring arms of each other while watching it all sail by, making him envious of them...how she left him and found another, when he says "Wooye"..it's a melancholic cry...as he asks for rest for his weary soul, so he can sleep...that she may come back to him...from the far away land where she is..that she may send him a grain of her love, even an acknowledgement that he exists..so he can rest.

I love this song! Even though I have no idea what he's saying. But thanks for the translations. I like it best when he sings in his language (Luganda). I first saw him on the African Channel a few years back, and was very, very, impressed. He did an excellent job showing all the sights in Uganda. I've never been to Africa, but would like to visit one day. He's super talented, classy, funny, sexy, and gorgeous. It is no surprise to me he is now acting in movies with Lupita. Much love from the U.S. ( San Francisco, California)!

I first saw this gifted man before daylight, after a sleepless night on red kiva. His whole gig was so soul soothing.He sung me to sleep. He has become explosive. I love him.

He is talking about his x who left him and went abroad, got someone else and he's asking for God to give her back to him such that he can get his sleep, because he can't get to sleep, he's thinking a lot, and she is the only one who can provide the sleeping pill that contains love which can put him to sleep!! hope have tried to explain something that may help u and thanks for being a fun of Ugandan music!!
