Candidate must constantly ponder over "what value can I give to the military through this word/TAT story/SRT/pointer story" etc. This requires a lot of thinking and imagination, & of course weeks of practice. Only a well practiced candidate can speedily write good responses in ISSB during paucity of time. WHAT you're saying is not as important as HOW you are saying it as ISSB. Your response has to be hard-hitting and original. That's why very few make the cut at ISSB.
