Khamet is Farsi "خمیر - khameer" which means dough for baking. Passover is "پس اور - pas-aavar" means Return [the extra/taken from others food].

For any Gentiles who do not accept and observe the Noahide Code, the Jews are commanded to expel them from the Land of Israel, and they are forbidden by Torah Law to dwell there (whether they are expelled or not).
