I am buddhists. I am taking Karma (you reap what you sow) as guidance life. It is real. I have seen Karma happen to many people. Happened to me in the pasted too. Good and bad but mostly are good. It is fair, Karma is not always happen right away. It is late but never absented. No one exception.

You don't have to make efforts to remember someone's bad deed. It is function of human mind. And if mind can't retort at that time, when it will get correct chance, it will retort. No efforts are required. It happens automatically.

Karma is a law, it's often stated as: "you reap what you sow." But karma is much more complex than those five words imply; they imply that what you do to others, others will to you. However, that misses the purpose and intent of karma; which is not to "punish," but to teach. If karma looks like "punishment," it's only because that's often the most efficient way to teach something; and the soul has agreed to experience that teaching method. Life does not "punish," it teaches. If it seems to teach harshly, then its been allowed to by the soul; which is learning through that method. There are many ways for our soul to learn what it needs, and it gets to choose how it will do so. It can learn more gently and likely more slowly, or more challengingly and likely more quickly. In either case, the events we experience are solely designed to heal, teach and evolve us; not "punish" us. Punishment is actually not a very effective teacher! It may teach people not to do something, but at a great cause to their spiritual progress and ability to Love themselves; to Love life and to Love others, which is the ultimate lesson. People who receive "punishment," are full of shame or anger and resentment; and this is the hell people must learn to release themselves. Because punishment leads to further ego entrenchment and misery, it's ultimately counterproductive to spiritual progress. Punishment is the ego's way to remedy crimes and mistakes, and humanity has yet to recognize its ineffectiveness. Punishment perpetuates pain and negativity, and does not heal; all crimes, mistakes and suffering are caused by the ego. So the solution is not to entrench people further into their ego by "punishing" them, but to give them what might help them see that they are not the ego. Love is what heals and brings people out the egoic state of consciousness, and nothing else. Love, acceptance, kindness, compassion and attention are the balms that heal. It's true that "you reap what you sow." Often the result of what you sow is immediate, you're unkind to someone and their unkind back. At other times, the result is more long-term. You eat too much sugar year after year, and you become diabetic. What might seem like "punishment" from a karmic standpoint is often simply the best possible way to teach what needs to be learned, and often what needs to be learned is compassion; for that reason, walking in someone else's shoes is often the remedy.
