feel u. My mom is sick and is confined in the hospital for almost two weeks. since she is my dpendent is still covered as company paid it helps a lot. Per illness coverage. You know how expensive medical bills are today esp if youll do it in private hospitals. Thats also the reason why i cant leave my job and also the reason when to find another company is the benefits.

Hey Weya - don't be discouraged if a new employee cancels their application. It can be anything --- he/she had personal issues, a higher salary offer in a different company or too much pressure for him/her. It's better that you found out about it earlier rather than train that new person for a week then they go MIA on you. It happened in my work --- we trained a new social media manager since I was going to transfer in another department and that person dropped out after 72 hours since he couldn't take the pressure. He just messaged me via email and said sorry - I'm not ready after I trained him for 2-3 days.

Hi, I work in a bank and we only report to the office 3x a week. Aside from still not being fully trasitioned to 100% digitalization (paperless), there are certain systems we are not allowed to access at home and best to be accessed within the bank’s secured network. Also, I am required to physically sign certain documents to show my approval and [remotely] supervising my team will be hard. Altho in the vlog, I can only show the laptop working part since I dont have to blur so much for confidentiality but I am doing a lot more things which I cannot show (rep act 10173). Hope this clarifies ☺️
