It depends on what they are looking, if one employer looks for someone more proactive the answers will be different as one that looks for someone that doesnt want to evolve in the company and get upgrades. makes sense?

It depends on the position you are applying for and the company in particular. Every company and different positions will be looking for different skills, traits, characteristics etc.

Is this Test also applicable for a position as an eCommerce specialist?

The test will be similar, but the questions will vary and adapt depending on the company and position being applied for. The questions also adapt depending on the answers you give and they will ask you the same thing in different ways so make sure you are consistent

Useless, especially since many questions are known as a leading/ already determined and you simply cannot refuse to answer one and continue its spitting out false data on personality. You should atleast be able to ignore and also choose to write why they wouldnt answer without being forced.
