Being ruthless without morals means the people willing to have your back when the knives are out and the world's calling for your head at rock bottom will be zero because you screwed everyone over. Maintain a high moral standard along the way and you'll meet like minded people who actually want you to succeed. But dont try to maintain the standard of moral hypocrisy that society tries to force on you though, that stuff is toxic. Fear is power as stated in the video, but use it like a scapple, surgically and as needed, not like a blunt instrument in the wrong situations or you'll find yourself with a knife in your back by the people you thought you had on your side at the most inopportune moments. You must take the actions to win alone, but nobody who stays a winner does so without people who actually want you to succeed, and those people should not care about you out of fear or they will betray you.
