I’ve had this bench sitting in the box for weeks, I’ve been kind of dreading putting it together. Finally took the time last night and it went together pretty smooth, took a little over 2 hours. Thanks for the detailed video!

Great bench. I got mine last week with a 25% coupon for $75. Home Depot sells the exact bench with Olympia name for $212. Using a power screw gun speeds things up. Hand tighten everything and the. Use the power driver to secure the fasteners. Study bench.

How did you like it? Went to look at it in store and it was very wobbly and cheap feeling. I think it’s due to whoever put it together in the store.

looking at this, i purchased one today but the work I do is much heavier than 200 lb max. i'm thinking or curious if anyone has found ways to properly sturdy it up. I notice a lot of missed opportunities up front, such as a brace of some form between the two drawers

I believe only the right side has the bracket to hold it.

@@desertguy08 you can try messing with it and see what you can do. You might be able to mount a piece of c-channel on the left to hold it.

Mine came mounted on the bracket so I just put it on the left side. Yes it can go on left side.

Yes, but the surface is not the sturdiest of materials.

There is a new version at Harbor freight and it’s black. It’s basically the same thing but I can tell it’s been modified because it now comes with a full size light spanning the length of the bench.

How much can that pegboard hold in weight?

Not sure the max, but I have a lot on it. If you’re planning on putting power tools on there you may want to space them out. It might hold it with no problem but be careful
