Unfortunately both Zomato and Swiggy charge a lot for delivery plus taxes. On top of that giving more than 50 rupees costs 200 or more for just delivery. If you buy something for 500-600 rupees and plus 200 increases the cost. Still, I tip.

I always used to feel that if I tip 30-40 rs then they would feel an insult as it is too less but from this video I learnt that I should always tip, even if it's just around 50 Rs. So thank you for telling us how difficult their job is and they work so so hard. I will definitely make sure that whenever I interact with them I tip them and talk to them very happily. ❣️

I will suggest to everyone: instead of calling delivery boy to first floor or second floor etc , we should be proactive to go down our building to collect the order from them. And never blame them for late service. Not even delivery boys we should appreciate all the small scale workers , all though some where some how they are helping us.

I also worked for zomato bro and i am 33yo but some of my fellows are 55yo, and some of 60+ yes you are right it tooks lots of efforts and hardwork to deliver an order but you know in this pandemic i also lost my job whatever this job cost somehow i survive, manage things and now i can eat properly because of this job. Thanks zomato for saving my life when this corporate world throw me out for no reason Thanks 🙏

I have this habit of telling this particular sentence on my own when I receive any order, "Don't worry I will give you 5 star rating". To be very honest giving rating hardly takes 10-15 seconds and that can add value in someone's life.
