Okay hear me out. I LOVE your work week in my life videos, but I’d also love to see some more of the joyous moments in your life! Like when you were laughing with your face mask on and enjoying yourself it was so refreshing because you’ve seemed so stressed out lately! I'm from NJ and 9/11 has a special connection with my family because my one uncle is a fire fighter for NYC and his first official day was 9/11. We're lucky because he's still with us in our lives. There's also other family friends we know that were affected from 9/11 but is still here today. I have always known about 9/11 growing up and always seeing the twin tower memorial lit up during the night, but this year actually was the first time I wasn't at home. I'm currently at college in the Midwest so it felt off not being at home on that day, it was kinda like my body was in school but my heart was back in the tri-state.

you should try sleep cycle! it uses the microphone to tell how deep your breathing is, and you set a window of time for it to wake you up and it wakes you up when you're in between sleep cycles

I looked into those "RX Bars," that I see you bringing as a snack for work. They look really healthy, but wanted to let you know it's almost equivalent to one meal. I'm on "Weight Watchers" to lose weight, and to give you an idea I can only have 23 points a day, and that RX Bar is worth 7 points (based on the nutritional values). So that would be a no no for me LOL....you're pretty fit & healthy though so it might not affect you as much. Sending you much love from Toronto!!💕💕💕

If 7 points is like 200 calories like the above commenter said, then you are starving yourself. Weight watchers is a horrible diet to follow.
