Bless all you wonderful drivers. I get frustrated at times when I see my estimated delivery time slowly get later and later as the day goes on, but I forget how hard your job is. I’ll try to keep that in mind as my impatient little heart goes nuts while eagerly anticipating my packages. 😂

I was going to do this job in a week but then decided to wait till the warmer weather since the winter is coming and I don’t want to deal with delivering packages during the ice cold Winters and of Course peak season of Christmas and all the other fun stuff so… sticking to the Amazon warehouse for now staying warm and toasty until spring

I passed my two days training . Tomorrow is the road test They changed the road test method . All the delivery station run differently There is no serpentine, There is backing and parking and then on street and highway testing on you turn , merging, and stops signs..

I passed on my third try it was mostly backing left and right from different parking Straight forward And then the tightest parallel parking spot ever. No street yet. I believe that start next month. No ev yet but it rolling out soon for Brooklyn ny delivery station. I am excited to start..

I get about 110 =130 stops maybe average, 250-300+ packages, my route is rural/mansions mainly. Almost everyday ill go rescue people that do homes, 2 to 4 totes. Love it. Shoot I dont eat, I take gallon of water.

I used to not take food, I try to now, I lost so much weight but gained some back now lol, our average is about 160

On labor day I was working for DHL Express but I quit to come back to Amazon DSP deliveries, seems like it was the only job I was happy at , nah it's not easier but I felt drawn back to delivering smiles on the blue mile can't describe it, I've worked for FedEx ground and the stop count, package counts and pickup counts were crazy , UPS was alright but I didn't feel it was where I was meant to be, so I'm back with a Different DSP and enjoying my job again.

I’ve been with Amazon about 3 hrs now. Only doing 1-2 days a week now it’s my part time. It was really negatively affecting my body. But I also wasn’t taking care of myself as I should by stretching EVERYDAY before and after work and lifting boxes correctly all the time and giving my body rest the way it needs. Glad you’re enjoying it and hope you can make content of it, ppl love it! Take care of your body and only do as much as your body allows it!

Great video! What’s the phone policy? Like will I get reprimanded for having headphones in while I driving/just generally working?

Headphones are fine 👍🏼 you’re technically not supposed to use the phone while driving. If it’s a must, do it out of sight of the camera. Don’t let it catch you looking down because it will catch you for “distracted driving”

I quit amazon on labor day when my DSP didn't give out holiday pay. I was ok with working on a national holiday, but not for normal wage...

@@amazingamyy awesome thanks! I had recent conversation with a ups driver that delivered a package and he said the same thing. Originally it was the same guy for like 2 years straight now it's constantly someone new and they tend to loose my packages.

If u want 2 bypass the mandatory break, swipe for ur break on the rabbit then switch 2 ur personal phone & work on ur phone till the break is up & switch bacc 2 the rabbit

It depends on ur dsp , I believe one ear is fine but don’t put two. because lot of earbuds are noise canceling , You should be able to hear emergency vehicles. For me, I can’t do it because I am deaf on my right ear. I need left ear to hear anything hazardous while driving.

I’d say if you use headphones while delivering don’t use them too loud or just be cautious of your surroundings so you can hear any important signaling of any sort. We’re not supposed to have any earbuds in while at the station. Especially while loading and when returning back to the station (RTS)
