This kind of warm-up decrease yours ATF storage instantly... So how they can do a speed work after that???
@ieetyou
@ieetyou 6 жыл бұрын
Paulius Kazlauskas false. They’re world class professional athletes. You may think so but you don’t see these athletes pushing it about 75% during he warmup. They’re okay

Paulius Kazlauskas Oh okay. Knew THAT. Didn't know, however, that you can call it "ATF" as well...

Ruan Oosthuizen Fr no one calls it ATF, it’s ATP-CP (at least CP for Sprinters). Plus ATP can recover back to optimum levels after 8 minutes. Considering there is only four “quality” reps, it is likely that they spend 10-15 minutes between each activity, meaning their energy system levels are back usable levels by the time they run again

CJ is stronger can lift more weights goes through his movements better and with all that he still slower then Andre. You can see Andre struggling with lot of strength exercises, yet he pulverizes everyone on the track. So the secret to sprinting fast it's Talent genetics flexibility and fast twitch muscle fibers. All the training in the world all the weights won't make CJ faster than Andre.

they are both sub 10 sprinters and andres pb is only 0.05 faster than CJ's. *(wind legal)*. his speed comes from his incredible relative strength and his ability to maintain his top end speed

as a personal trainer, NEVER pull the classic line "I know it is ______ and you wanna get out of here, but lets keep working hard/ lets hit these last few sets" nothing de-motivates an athlete like that :)

that might apply to normal ppl and lower level athletes but these are world class athletes who are highly self motivated. They didn't make it to this elite level by relying on someone else to motivate them to work. He's just there to guide them they don't need him to motivate them.

@@thesprintmaster You call a woman at 2:22 an elite athlete? I see.

When it comes to elite level, there is only but so much you can do to improve. Everyone is born with a set number of fast twitch and slow twitch fiber and you can not add to or subtract from either. Assuming you have reached "elite" level, it's just a matter of staying healthy.

lol you have no idea of what you are talking about...you've clearly never heard of type llx fibers that can be changed to fast twitch(type lla) or slow twitch (type l) based on your training. please stop spreading myths and do some research before you speak.
