I have been in their shoes, and I can tell you that the feeling of hurting someone else never goes away. However, admitting a mistake is part of maturity. Long distance relationships are hard to maintain and will crumble if one party finds someone who makes up for the distance. Being married for 8 years means that they have been confronted with this issue many times, and have dealt with it to the point that they can share it with strangers like us. Like John says, talking about it has been cathartic and that's where healing and living a full life starts. Not all marriages start off on a fairy tale. Love is not always a fairy tale.

These two are not just lovers but best friends with compatible personalities. While the lady is older, she respects her man who's 3 years younger. She listens well, she stops to give him enough time to speak and lead the conversation and interjects reasonably. I like her maturity, and the fact that she never used her experience, age difference or achievements in her life to intimidate Allan. Honestly, its very very hard to find a lady who can behave that sweet especially when she has her own money. I am happy for them, and wish them the best!

I thought it was going to be a good story but these two being journalists just framed it in a pleasing way to the audience but it is just two cheaters who are feeling like they did a good thing by getting married.
