Just seeing "Summon" would make me misplay the card. I always skim the creature type/subtype area of the card...

I think the production team really need to put some cameras in the sides of the table facing the field of each other player. It's very hard for watchers (especially for noob like me) to see the name and effects of the cards. it's too far.

Or you could do what I do, wait for the announcers to say the name of the cards being played (which they usually do) and then pause and google image search the cards :p

Why should he have been allowed to take it back? Its not like the card has a misprint that caused him to misplay, he simply didn't read it as thoroughly as he should have.

No it didn't disrupt, but your ignorance and the stupidity of that question was beyond ridiculous. What sort of answer did you expect? Did you expect one of the pro tour commentators to personally respond to your clown ass question? I'd prefer the comment section to have relevance to the video. Sometimes you find a gem in the comments such as other lines of play, or some mistake the players made. Therefore when I see your stupid question on FPS on a card game tournament, It's like WTF.
