Cliff will Detroit with time and house will come down in sea its natural process of nature, to save this building now, drill from cliff towards house make concrete tube walls, so it will hold cliff to come down

Why are there no flowers on the property and why does it have a green house? It also doesn't have an outdoor pool. Is the windchill significant? Victoria is supposed to have a milder climate than even Vancouver and Kelowna, so is this because of an exposure to icy winds or what? Is this place much cooler than Victoria city?

Thanks for asking. That property actually sold a couple of years ago, it was $4m but would be more today.
