Best of luck in oz and hope you get to see some of the country when your down under.tip for the journey,on the plane set your watch to oz time zone your heading to and act like that's the time. Jet lags a killer but it worked for me on my last trip down under.

Hi Ella, I just wanted to say thank you, you always seem so chill but also so focused on your goals (no pun…!) Watching the lionesses with all your great personalities is very soothing to some who have bad anxiety and suffer with mental health. It can be difficult for me to not shed a few tears because you are all so lovely, very funny and have such courage it makes me wish I could spend a bit of time with you all, to help stop me falling so much with a huge lack of confidence, I tried so much to tell other people what I have difficulty with, my thoughts and worries, but I could never fully explain, one because it can be very perplexing and also because I am always hesitant about discussions that might produce the same anxieties in someone else so after a few failures I came up with the ideas for my KZfaq channel and hopefully can be forgiven now for being somewhat paranoid. Anyways Ells, just a big shout out to you, truly thank you for being the women you are and I hope your dreams of glory at the World Cup come true, because you sort of are like a dream to me, and I hope it won’t be rude or inappropriate of me to wish you lots of love, bless you dear Ella 🌹
