Italy obviously had the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life, over the 2 trips totaling ab a month I’ve been on, probably ate a pasta dish or more everyday Haven’t been to an Olive Garden since & my last trip was in 2018. The pasta here can be good, majority you just can’t go back to after eating the real Italian food

Dude this wasn’t even done right… Your supposed to put pasta in the wheel and put boiling water on it to both heat the noodles and melt the cheese, then you stir it around and scrape the wheel as you go then take the now cheesy pasta out and add whatever else you want

The whole point of the cheese wheel is to SCRAPE the wheel with a spoon prior and while mixing (much better if using only pasta water to emulsify).

And for your information this is Italian Cheeze only ( we calling the cheeze Italian not the pasta ) . It's called Parmesan Reggiano Cheese , i guess Parmesan and Regiano are places in Italy only ( I'm not sure about the place) .

Calf rennet has also been used for production of some cheese varieties traditionally. That rennet ia found in calfs stomach as far as I know which extracted after slaughter them.
